You can do the simple list method a few different ways:
- The most basic method is to simply make quick, inspired lists of everything you want to manifest. This feels faster and easier than journaling, because you’re just making a list, sort of like a shopping list but it’s for the stuff you want the Universe to deliver via cosmic Amazon Prime. You can do this over and over again: whenever you want to do some manifesting, just make that list. You can also keep a master “manifesting bucket” list on your phone or in Google Docs, and add to it whenever you hit upon something else you’d like to manifest.
- I like to use the list method to get into a very detailed, vivid imagining of my dream life. This simple but powerful process is one of my favorites! To do this, just call to mind your ideal self living your ideal life. Imagine that it’s two or more years from now, and you’re looking back at all the blessings that you enjoy now that you’ve manifested all your heart’s desires. Next, simply make a list of those blessings! Write down all the good feelings ideas as they come to you. Now that you’re living your ideal life, make a rapid fire list of all the wonderful things you appreciate most about this wonderful life.
- Finally, you can use this method to get clearer and more detailed in your imaginining of one goal or dream in particular. Pick something from your manifesting list, and then make a list of all of the wonderful blessings you associate with having that dream come true, as though it is already true.
For example:
Let’s say your goal is to feel deeply in love and connected with your partner/spouse. What does that look and feel like specifically for you? Perhaps it includes:
- having lots of fun together
- having great conversations where you feel deeply connected
- feeling that “in love” feeling
- enjoying a passionate sex life
- manifesting amazing, magical goals and dreams together
- playing cards together with other couples
- hosting wonderful family gatherings
- walking together in nature or on the beach, exercising together
- cooking great meals together
- taking some great trips and doing lots of fun exploring, etc.
The list method is super simple and super easy – easier than journaling. Just start making a list of all the blessings you associate with living your dream life, and let the process bring you new clarity and evoke those feelings in you that you expect to feel when your wish comes true. Spend a little time just enjoying how fun this process can be. Allow it to raise your vibe into the frequency of your wish fulfilled, and expect to begin to receive all sorts of help and guidance on how to make it all happen!
